Instructions for Use:

Add contents of the sachet into a mug with 45ml of milk or 45ml plant-based milk or 15ml oil + 30ml water and mix until the powder has dissolved.

Microwave on High for 1-1,5minutes or until cooked through.  Remove from microwave and allow to stand for about 30 seconds before consuming.

Time may vary depending on the strength of the microwave.
